  • Overview

    The D&I Program Manager is responsible for the continued development and enhancement of ACS's D&I strategy and using our strategy to successfully drive positive outcomes.  Allegis Group's three-pronged D&I strategy includes Workforce, Workplace and Marketplace. Workforce is focused on building high performance teams that are reflective of the communities in which we live and serve. Workplace enables us to create a more inclusive work environment to positively impact our employees.  Marketplace supports our ability to work with our clients to understand their perspectives on diversity and inclusion and how to partner effectively to support their needs. The D&I Program Manager will closely partner with the Allegis Group/Aerotek D&I Manager and the Allegis Executive Inclusion Council (comprised of D&I leads from each operating company) to help to enhance the ACS D&I strategy


    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and drive ACS's D&I strategy.
    • Lead the ACS D&I council and engage and partner with the executive sponsor and executive advisors to meet stated goals.
    • Partner with the Allegis Executive Inclusion Council to build and to execute on the D&I strategy within ACS.
    • Facilitate and moderate high profile events with internal and external C-level leaders in attendance.
    • Understand our Talent Pipeline from a diversity perspective to see where our gaps are, and what we need to do to fill those gaps (i.e. training / development / mentorship).
    • Provide leadership and guidance to all grass roots D&I movements such as ERGs, local councils and events.
    • Improve processes, amplify efforts and increase collective impact for D&I teams within ACS.
    • Cultivate external partnerships with key D&I vendors and partners.
    • Report to leadership on program updates, effectiveness of programs and growth opportunities
    • Consult with leadership to make better decisions around alignment in the business for people, skill sets, clients and or territory.
    • Evolve and improve the program and evolve the integration of our strategy.
    • Work with Communications team to develop & manage communication strategy


    Minimum Education and/or Experience:

    • 2-4 years minimum work experience working in or leading diversity and inclusion initiatives
    • 3-5 years project management experience
    • Subject matter expertise and understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practices
    • Credibility as a D&I expert is preferred



    • Must possess a high level of business acumen, project management skills, successful leadership ability, and a strong results orientation
    • Must represent ACS/Allegis Group in a positive manner both internally and externally
    • Must have a high level of awareness, be culturally open and sensitive with experience in formulating and implementing organizational change
