Job Summary:

Leave and Disability intake, claims processing, customer service, administration.


Essential Functions:

Leave and Disability Administration and Compliance


Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred​


Skills/ Abilities:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Action-oriented and able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to protect and maintain the confidentiality of information​
