ob Summary:

The TOD Program Manager manages the development and deployment of leadership programs and processes, and OD initiatives that build organizational capability to achieve business goals. Coordinates program development with Subject Matter Experts, executive sponsors, corporate leadership. The Program Manager must support the Manager in the development, management and measurement of TOD initiatives for Allegis Corporate Services

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for coordinating the creation and facilitation of learning and development and OD materials for 500+ internal employees of Allegis Group Corporate Services
  • C​​​onducts needs assessments to develop programs that support the organization's goals
  • Designing, building and maintaining courses and curriculums within an LMS tool
  • Coordinates the identification and engagement of subject matter experts in the planning and development of programs as needed
  • Develops processes for administering and evaluating programs
  • Develops and conducts "train the trainer" programs in support of new programs
  • Actively participates in the evaluation and maintenance of the company training and development curriculum
  • Vendor Management: America Management Association (AMA), SkillPath, SkillSoft and others
  • Correspond with trainees regarding enrollment and program logistics
  • Coordinate communications, enrollment lists and pre-work assignments
  • Facilitate sessions
  • Oversee production of program materials
  • Managing the classroom
  • Track paricipants attendance, grades and course requirements
  • Administer evaluations
  • Process invoices and expenses;
  • Strategize on program improvements and enhancements

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
  • BA / BS degree in Organization Development and Leadership
  • Masters in Organization Development and Leadership preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in design and facilitation of leadership sessions
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Coaching and consulting background preferred
