Job Summary:
The Real Estate Project Manager will lead and manage the planning, construction, furniture installation, voice/data circuit and IT equipment installation for field and corporate office projects. Need to understand project scope, objectives, and the role of team members to effectively coordinate the team and outcome. Manage construction, architectural, furniture and facility maintenance vendors. Coordinates with internal partners for the implementation of office’s security, audio/video, and IT needs.
