Overview

Job Summary:

 

The Platform Architect must quickly get up to speed on the Monarch product and the Allegis Group Middle Office and become the internal expert, overseeing effective debugging of critical failures and facilitating future technology enhancements

 

The Platform Architect will be heavily engaged with the Regents architects influencing and supporting solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), and the Monarch product.

 

The Platform Architect must have the foundational understanding of the overall upstream and downstream processes of the Allegis Group Middle Office platform.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Regents and the Allegis Group Middle Office delivery teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy to ensure that Monarch product works seamlessly with existing systems and processes to facilitate smooth data exchange and interoperability.
  • The Platform Architect should have the strong technical background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), technologies.
  • Oversee monitoring and logging systems to track performance, detect issues, and ensure the platform's reliability and availability
  • Collaborate closely with the Back Office, Data, Front Office and Enterprise Operations Platform Architects to understand their specific requirements and provide support including Requirement Analysis, Technical Guidance, and Integration Support.
  • Provide continuous support to the AMS (Application Management Services) team, including troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and production stability
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and PaaS to continuously improve the platform and the staffing industry

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major or equivalent IS / business experience.
  • 3-5 Years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) technologies.
  • 10+ Years of experience designing, building, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise solutions development efforts.
  • 10+ Years of experience working with a distributed team to meet service/operational level agreements.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert level of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) technologies and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration.
  • Maintenance and support of the technical software solution by utilizing various architectural diagrams and other software documentation.
  • Ability to anticipate future technology trends and align platform architecture with long-term business goals.
  • Developing comprehensive plans that integrate various technologies and systems to support business objectives.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring the platform meets those requirements.
  • Continuously seeking new technologies and methods to improve platform performance and capabilities.
  • Maintaining the platform that can grow and adapt to increasing demands without compromising performance.
  • Ensuring the platform can seamlessly integrate with other systems and technologies.
  • Optimizing system resources and reducing costs through effective architecture design and management.
  • Identifying potential risks in the architecture and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Salary Range:
  • $138,100-$207,100
  • The position is bonus eligible

Office Requirements:
