Job Summary:
The Head of Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products, services, or projects to clients and/or internal stakeholders. This leadership role ensures that delivery teams operate efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of recruiters, manage recruitment efforts for key roles/initiatives, and implement innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs. This role requires close collaboration with internal leadership, Clients, and Non-Profit partners to drive workforce development initiatives and successful talent placement. This role is a key driver of operational excellence, customer satisfaction and community impact.

Essential Functions:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
• Effectively run daily standups for resource allocation and align body of work
• Manage and prioritize all inbound projects for delivery. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
• Recruiting on FTE and Contingent hiring needs
• Candidate management for scheduled calls tied to associated partnerships
• Communication and attendee strategies around Virtual Career Fairs and Delivery Events
• Provide best practices and solutions around engagement of candidates coming from partners
• 1:1s for team members weekly/ biweekly to diagnose performance, evaluate activity and quality of work, lead and mentor the team to ensure they meet performance goals and client expectations, develop and implement delivery strategies that align with organizational initiatives and market trends to improve individual/team performance, and collaborate with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and resource allocation.
• Review program health data and provide consultative and proactive approaches to any opportunities for improvement
• Review weekly, quarterly and annual metrics, extracting trends and insights to overcome any barriers to successful delivery
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability and candidate experience.
• Utilize data driven insights to optimize recruiter performance and delivery outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Align delivery operations with broader organizational goals and market demands.
Process Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Customer Success team to understand Client staffing needs and ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to support new Client onboarding and delivery readiness
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on delivery capabilities and workforce trends
• Creation, implementation and enforcement of goals and SOPs
• Collaboration and ideation with stakeholders to design OKRs and guidelines for successful operations
• Manage service delivery reports tied to team and program performance, ensuring consistent quality and timely fulfillment of needs. Change management if/when goals are not met and to meet changing business needs
• Conduct outreach to points of contact with operating company partners for requisition flow weekly
• Manage relationships with operating companies and employer partners, or connect contacts directly to recruiters for consistent delivery needs
Delivery SME
• Stand in meetings and events for expertise in hiring
• Offer insight related to labor trends, both from a hiring manager and from a candidate standpoint
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews for partner accounts when necessary
• Seek out news and information tied to the recruiting space to stay informed of trends and shifts in the labor marketplace. Ensure adherence to labor laws, client contracts and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery operations and client engagements.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting

• Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and workforce analytics tools
Skills/Abilities:
• 5-7 Years in staffing, recruitment or service delivery leadership
• Proven experience in staffing delivery leadership, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment
• Proven experience with team management and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship building skills across internal teams, clients and community partners
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with non-profit organizations or community-based programs is a plus

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000
