Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 15+ Years IT related work with Infrastructure Services and Application Services.
- 5+ years of experience in event driven architecture
- 10+ years of IS / business experience, more specifically programming, engineering and/or systems analysis. Has a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems.
- Experience delivering business process / workflow solutions is required.
- Certifications -TOGAF, MuleSoft Certified Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other solution architect certification

- Experience analysing and designing business solutions
- Expert level of technical knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration
- Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements
- Ability to gain buy-in on proposed solutions.
- Acts in accordance with objectives and strategic plan; provides strategic or conceptual advice and updates on project milestones and achievement of objectives
- Anticipates and solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; uses conceptual thinking to develop solutions
- Comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems
- Strong written, presentations and verbal communications skills
- Ability to evolve solutions from current to future states, corresponding to varying levels of solution maturity.
- Experience in an agile environment that includes exposure to the following:
- Continuous integration and delivery
- DevOps (Experience with automating builds and deployments, release management/code promotion processes)
- Configuration management
- Source control management
- Extreme Programming (XP) practices (unit tests, test driven development, pair programming, code reviews, iterative/frequent, short dev cycles)
- Experience with Messaging solutions and Event Driven Design
- Strong knowledge in API Management, including security policies, security protocols
- Must have very good knowledge of Cloud based environments like AWS, Azure and GCP
- Should have in-depth knowledge on integrating with Salesforce
- Must have knowledge on implementing MuleSoft CloudHub, MuleSoft Hybrid implementations in various clouds
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge on API Gateway capabilities and implementations
- Work experience in Kafka implementation and integration
- Knowledge on integrating with ServiceNow, Snowflake, and ERP systems
- Hands on knowledge of integrating with cloud-based technologies like APIs, Databases, virtual machines, containers
- Should have demonstrated work experience in integrating with Identity and access management solutions to access Cloud technologies
- Capable of understanding metrics and monitoring solutions and their artifacts

Salary Range:
- $119,000-$178,400
- The position is bonus eligible

Office Requirements:
- Required in office 3 days a week out of our headquarters in Hanover, MD or offices in Jacksonville, FL
