Overview

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist supports our organization by performing core procurement activities and managing recurring operational programs. This includes the purchasing of Hardware, Software and Services for Allegis and its Operating Companies. Procurement activities may be tactical and/or strategic in nature.  Additionally, this role has primary responsibility for the daily management of our mobile device program which includes cellular phones, MiFi devices, and other enabled equipment.

In-Office Requirement:

  • Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Execute routine procurement activities and purchase request processing.
  • Coordinate supplier quotes, orders, confirmations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide order tracking and other post order management
  • Manage the mobile device program including requests, ordering, activation, inventory, and billing review.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, records, and audit artifacts.
  • Managers receipt queue to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
  • Performs invoicing research and resolution in partnership with Accounts Payable team.
  • Support stakeholders and employees with procurement and mobile-related inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar discipline

Salary Range:

$59,400 - $89,400

The position is bonus eligible

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
