Overview

​Job Summary:

 

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for owning product strategy and roadmap definition within a specific portion of the overall of the Connected experience portfolio. They engage with senior stakeholders and operating company partners, operating with a high degree of strategic judgment and autonomy. Drawing on intimate knowledge of staffing, services, and customer expectations, they translate organizational vision into clear strategic direction, connect business value to product priorities, and ensure the right work is communicated and sequenced across cross-functional partners. This role owns the "what and why" — partnering closely with delivery teams and the broader product team to maximize value across the program without directing technical development. The Sr. Product Owner represents the needs of the product, prioritizing capabilities based on quantifiable enterprise business value, and works with analytics and delivery partners to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

 

Required in-office presence at least 2 days per week

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Possesses strong depth of knowledge (deep in sales domain) and history with the business to ask the right questions (functional business knowledge).
  • Ability to work with executive leadership and OpCo Stakeholders to drive clarity on business goals and objectives.
  • Effectively builds consensus across all Operating Companies and defines key process improvement efforts to deliver a multi-OpCo experience.
  • Initiates experiments and analyzes outcomes.
  • Leverages data to make informed decisions that prioritize enterprise growth.
  • Leads the enterprise into a process-driven, team-oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement.
  • Business acumen within the sales/talent solutions/recruitment/services industry.
  • Leadership vision and decisiveness to set product roadmap and direct delivery teams.
  • Desire for and comfort with driving quantifiable business results.
  • Support a shared program vision across the organization; ensure program objectives and updates are communicated to business stakeholders.
  • Leverage an agile mindset to collaborate with a diverse set of researchers, experienced designers, and technologists to solve critical business problems.
  • Use findings from research, analysis, experimentation, and testing to drive product strategy and determine how to prioritize initiatives and features.
  • Articulate the product vision through tools such as roadmaps, backlogs, opportunities, and capabilities

Budget Responsibility:

  • Assist and support funding activities with coalitions and transformation office
  • Empowered and accountable to make prioritization decisions based on quantifiable enterprise business value.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product development preferred OR
  • 5+ years sales or recruiting experience preferred in a staffing or services environment

Salary Range:

  • $96,100.00 - $193,200.00
  • This position is bonus eligible
  • Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
