Job Summary:
The Benefits Representative supports the administration, audit, and reconciliation of employee benefit and retirement savings programs across recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. This role manages benefit premium processes, RRSP and DPSP contribution activities, vendor file submissions, invoice reviews, payment requests, eligibility audits, and issue resolution in partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Salary Range:
$41,400 - $66,900
The position is bonus eligible
