Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP and Group General Counsel of TEKsystems, Inc., the Associate General Counsel will support the full spectrum of legal services to TEKsystems Global Services, LLC (“TGS” or collectively “TEKsystems”) with emphasis on technology services contracting and general business activities for TEKsystems’ subsidiary, TGS. TEKsystems, a subsidiary of Allegis Group, provides IT solutions, IT services, IT consulting and IT staffing services supporting operating in North America and Europe.

The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for supporting the TEKsystems’ Finance and Business Development teams and primarily supporting TGS.
This will include working with the business to draft, review and negotiate a variety of complex contracts involving information technology staffing and outsourced solutions, including master services agreements, statements of work, amendments, service level and service level credit amendments, channel partner agreements, vendor agreements, RFP responses and supporting documentation, developing and maintaining contract templates, developing business and legal processes, and implementing internal policies to help scale the business. The Associate General Counsel will be an integral part of the aforementioned teams and will be looked upon to provide thought leadership in specific legal and business-related areas associated with TGS.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of legal knowledge/experience with experience structuring and negotiating complex transactions involving information technology agreements. The ideal candidate will have handled from inception through conclusion, IT outsourcing transactions, technology services agreements, licensing agreements and other technology-oriented agreements preferably from the vendor’s standpoint, including negotiating and drafting the relevant documents associated with the transaction. The candidate will have the ability to identify potential trademark and patent opportunities for services and products associated with the business. Experience involving global data privacy; domestic and international operations; domestic employment law; and domestic and international tax law is a plus.
Job Summary:
The Risk Analyst will support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team as well as other groups within the ECRM department. The Risk Analyst will partner with the business to understand third party (including technology, professional services, strategic partners, etc. third parties) use cases and conduct relevant and risk-based due diligence to develop risk assessments. This team member will partner closely with the IT Architecture team as well as the Information Security and Privacy teams. The TPRM function is proactive in enabling the business and the role will support in developing creative solutions. This position will provide guidance on potential risks to the organization in choosing a third party and will develop risk mitigation strategies.
Job Summary:
The Category Manager is primarily responsible for strategically sourcing new and existing vendors, negotiating and administering contracts with vendors with varying degrees of complexity and/or sensitivity, ensuring that cost, quality, and delivery terms are adhered to and met. This Category Manager will be a key resource for all procurement and purchasing issues related to various software applications and Professional Services. This role is accountable for collaborating with various internal departments (such as IT, Information Security, etc) to understand their procurement needs. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Sourcing, supplier negotiations, and data gathering. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative relationships with internal business partners, as well as strategic relationships with suppliers, developing category plans and presenting strategies on a regular basis. The Category Manager will be selecting and conferring with vendors to obtain products and service information including price, product availability, and delivery schedules; coordinate with the representatives from vendor companies and internally to construct, negotiate, and assess all category contracts and services. This role reports to the Sr. Sourcing Manager in Procurement.
Job Summary:
The Risk Manager will support the organization’s risk management program which includes business continuity, insurance (in partnership with the broker), and enterprise risk management. This role is also responsible for on-going coaching and development of the Risk team members.
Reporting to the group’s Global Director of Ethics, Compliance and Risk Management, the Risk Manager will have the opportunity to enhance and further the development of the enterprise risk program through ongoing assessments and the development of a formalized risk register and related documentation. This position will work closely with various ACS and other operating company (OpCo) groups that include Information Security, Privacy, OpCo Risk and Compliance teams.
