The Corporate Meeting Planner will be responsible for planning, negotiating, coordinating and managing all aspects of meetings and conventions. The meeting planner will work closely will all operating companies as well as outside vendors to assure that the highest level of service is being provided to our internal and external customers.
The IT Category Manager is primarily responsible for strategically sourcing new and existing vendors, negotiating and administering contracts with vendors with varying degrees of complexity and/or sensitivity, ensuring that cost, quality, and delivery terms are adhered to and met. The IT Category Manager will be a key resource for all procurement and purchasing issues related to IT and related Professional Services. This role is accountable for providing procurement leadership with a strong focus in the recruiting software and job boards category. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Sourcing, supplier negotiations and data gathering in support of the business’ IT services needs. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative relationships with internal business partners, as well as strategic relationships with suppliers. International experience within this category is desired. This role is also responsible for building a relationship with operating company contacts and internal departments, reviewing purchase requisitions, ensuring appropriate authorization and adequate documentation from key members within the organization. The Category Manager will be selecting and conferring with vendors to obtain products and service information including price, product availability, and delivery schedules; coordinate with the representatives from vendor companies and internally to construct, negotiate, and assess all category contracts and services. This role reports to the Strategic Sourcing Manager in Procurement.
The HR Supervisor is in Allegis Group’s Corporate Human Resource department in Hanover, MD. This position has primary duties for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Drug testing and Occupational Health programs, as well as supporting the background program for Allegis Corporate Services and other operating companies. The position reports to the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities include partnering with Field Support Group, Allegis Compliance teams and screening vendors on daily inquiries as it relates to our programs. The HR Supervisor will support various business processes and procedures.
Additionally, the position requires a functional knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within the employment screening industry, specifically drug testing and occupational health programs that may affect the company’s use in the hiring process and drug screening program throughout the employee life cycle.
Direct responsibility of employment screening coordinators & employment screening analysts, managing day-to-day responsibilities, which includes but is not limited to establishing goals and day-to-day team task management.
The Assistant Controller is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting at Allegis Corporate Services (“ACS”). This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Assistant Controller supervises a 5-person team and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and managing the corporate budget and forecast activities, with oversight from the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance.
The Assistant Controller is responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial statements for ACS and other holding companies. The individual manages the accounting function for these entities and ensures that the accounting records and reports are in compliance with US GAAP. The Assistant Controller oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and periodic financial statements and reports. This individual efficiently manages and improves the accounting cycle and associated processes (GL, reconciliations, etc.) and maintains a close relationship with other departments (AR, AP, Payroll, Purchasing, etc.) who affect the accounting cycle. They will work with the Corporate Controller to develop and improve department policies, procedures and internal controls, as well as to improve company-wide accounting policies.
The Assistant Controller manages the annual ACS budget process and updates the annual forecast, working closely with the VP of Finance. The Assistant Controller oversees the analysis and preparation of departmental budget vs. actual reports and communicates with ACS leaders to help manage and understand Corporate overhead spend. The individual is responsible for ensuring that ACS maintains proper accounting treatment of all intercompany activity and allocations by working with our domestic and global subsidiaries to ensure that intercompany transactions are properly supported and meet our required standards (GAAP, internal controls, tax requirements, etc.).
Among other responsibilities, the Assistant Controller will assist the Corporate Controller with Corporate Initiatives in the department, as requested. They will also provide support to the Vice President of Finance, as needed, particularly on the annual ACS budget.
This position entails daily processing and reconciliation of high-volume payments. Daily interaction with all operating companies both US and Global. Requires strong time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines.
The Employment Practices (EP) Compliance Manager will provide management oversight to a team of analysts and will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, oversight and management of HR, employment law and regulatory compliance and risk management needs of Allegis Group and its Operating Companies. They will be responsible for creating and implementing compliance strategies and reviewing current policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with all U.S. laws/regulation (federal, state and local laws and regulations) at all levels of the organization. They will also be responsible for working with such departments as HR, Legal, Payroll, etc. to plan, develop and implement process and policy changes in order to maintain compliance.
As a member of Allegis Group’s Corporate HR Shared Services department, the Employment Screening Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to our corporate and field office locations/Hub locations across all of our Operating Companies for any employment screening related items. This is including but not limited to, Drug & Alcohol Testing and Occupational Health Screenings. The Employment Screening Coordinator will work with field support/OBA on questions related to policy, scheduling questions, provide testing results and assist with general inquiries related to drug and medical screening.
The Change Management Analyst is primarily responsible for providing dedicated program/project support for change initiatives, as well as promoting increased change capability in individuals and groups for a range of projects in assigned areas. The Change Management Analyst will work closely with the Lead Change Manager, Product and Delivery team members, communications and other business partners to assess the level of change and help develop and execute an appropriate change management strategy, including leadership and stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption reinforcement plans.
The Change Management Analyst reports to the Lead Change Manager for his/her assigned area, and is part of the Allegis Corporate Services Human Resources organization.
This position will function as an enterprise data modeler tasked with implementing Information Management at the level of an Enterprise deployment. They should be versed in creating optimal data models at a logical, conceptual, and physical level.
The assignment is to work on a large-scale ERP platform migration, creating data models that bridge the two systems, mapping the data from the old and the new, and ensuring the data is mapped correctly to business processes during the transition.
The candidate should have:
- 8-10 years of experience in the Information space up to Team Lead with a focus on Enterprise Data Modeling, including technical System Analysis, delivering Enterprise Solutions, development, deployment, testing, and maintenance.
- A complete understanding of the purpose practice, and Implementation of Meta Data Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Integrations (both Batch and Real-time), Lineage, Security, Data and Modeling (OLAP, Operation Data Store, Data Warehouse, and Data Marts; with experience in Structured and Unstructured Datasets), Reporting and Business Intelligence, Disaster Recovery and Data Retention, Data Quality, and General Data Governance.
This position will work closely with the Architect(s) and the Business Analyst(s) in planning the deployment, configuration, and development of capabilities tasked to the technical team.
This position is a technical role. There will be no direct reports, but the expectation is that with the candidate’s breadth of knowledge in the data space, they will be capable of leading and mentoring the execution team to the successful delivery of the Information Management platform(s) and capabilities needed to serve the many business areas within the company.
